Honest Works Mobile Mechanic - Response to covid-19

At Honest Works Mobile Mechanic we take Covid-19 very seriously and therefore we would like all our customers to know that you are in safe hands when our mobile mechanic is to work on your vehicle providing car repairs or car servicing in your local area. 

Our mechanic is fully vaccinated with the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine since march 2021 and booster since November 2021. Every precaution to keep you and your family safe has been put into effect. 

When you meet your mechanic he will be wearing a face mask, gloves and will keep a safe distance. Car seat protectors will be put onto seats should he need to access the vehicle from inside and anti-bacterial interior friendly wipes will be used on all surfaces our mechanic has been in contact with. 

In addition to this antibacterial gel will be used at every opportunity throughout our service. 

In return should you show any symptoms of Covid-19 we would wish for you to contact us on how we can reschedule your appointment at the nearest convenient time for you.

If you have taken a Covid-19 test and the results have come back positive and by law, have to self-isolate, any quotation from the time of the first contact to self-isolation we will do our best to honour.

If our mechanic shows symptoms or needs to self-isolate after completing a Covid-19 test and results are positive we will contact you at the nearest convenient time. Once our mechanic shows no symptoms and or any test comes back negative will contact you in rebooking any work previously scheduled.
